What happens at the Hair Decoding Session?
(A 15-minute complimentary consultation must be completed before an appointment can be made for decoding session).
At the initial consultation:
A full case history is taken.
The hair and scalp are thoroughly examined.
Samples are taken (if required for microscopic examination).
A Galvanic response monitoring testing system is administered.
A preliminary finding is made known for the problem.
Further blood tests can then be arranged to confirm or complete the findings.
Treatment for the problem is then arranged*
Hair Health Harmony Pre-Consultation Checklist
To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, we recommend the following steps before your visit:
If you have had recent blood tests (in the past 6 months) please bring a copy with you.
Wash your hair a day before your appointment, not on the same day.
Do not add any additional products or treatments to the hair before the consultation.
Bring with you a list of the medication you are currently taking.
Bring with you a list of the medications you have previously tried.
Timeline – think about when this problem started and if there were any stressful events (illnesses, accidents, upsets) several months beforehand.
The consultation is UP TO 90 minutes, please be prompt, you will not be able to enter the building earlier than your appointment and late arrivals will not be admitted.
New Online Consultation Platform
We have introduced an ‘On-line Consultation’ platform where Deme will be able to consult with you face to face via webcam.

A detailed case history is taken, an examination of the hair/scalp is performed
A preliminary finding is reached.
Diagnostic tests are required, such as Blood tests, or a period of using certain products to evaluate efficacy is needed to come to a specific conclusion
A follow-up discussion is then needed, re-diagnosis and prognosis.
Monitor, discuss, follow-up, re-evaluate…and continue.
With an online consultation, it is slightly different.
A detailed case history is taken, a preliminary examination is performed via webcam, I will be able to determine the general/potential issues which could be affecting the hair.
A preliminary discovery is reached.
Diagnostic tests are required such as Blood tests, or a period of using certain products to evaluate efficacy is discussed and implemented.
A follow-up discussion, including the missing examination of the hair/scalp, is then performed and a diagnosis and prognosis reached together as the tests have already been implemented.
Monitor, discuss, follow-up, re-evaluate …and continue.
We can assess blood levels by using home testing kits which are inexpensive, accurate and quick; in the event you are not able to retrieve them for your doctor.
After diagnostic tests are completed, we can talk again online, or you can opt to visit Hair Health Harmony in person later where I can then look at the hair/scalp and refine my pre-discoveries as I will have all the information in front of me.
